Drawing on concepts from the somatic work of Core Energetics Therapy, we will be connecting with and exploring how different energy currents resonate in our physical bodies. We will warm up with grounding, and tune into physical sensation as well as emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. From there, through movement, we will bring mindfulness to the ways we say yes to life (willing self) and the ways we say no to life (willful/defensive self).
